1. The instrument should be stored in a clean and dry room (room temperature 20 + 2, humidity less than 60%), to avoid surface contamination of optical components, rusty metal components, dust and debris falling into the moving rails, affecting the performance of the instrument.
2. After the instrument is used, the working surface should be wiped clean at any time and covered with a dust cover.
3. The transmission mechanism and motion guide rail of the instrument should be lubricated regularly to make the mechanism move smoothly and maintain a good working condition.
4. The glass and paint surface of the workbench are dirty, and can be wiped clean with neutral detergent and water. Do not wipe the paint surface with organic solvents, otherwise it will lose its luster.
5. The LED light source of this instrument has a long service life, but when the bulb burns out, please notify the professional to replace it.
6. The precision components such as the image system, working table, optical ruler, Z-axis transmission mechanism of the instrument need to be adjusted. All adjustment screws and tightening screws are fixed. Customers should not disassemble themselves. If there is a problem, please notify the manufacturer to solve
7. The software compensates the error between the table and the optical scale. Don't change it yourself. Otherwise it will produce erroneous measurement results.
8. Do not unplug all electrical connectors of the instrument. If the plug is unplugged, the screws must be inserted and tightened correctly as indicated. Improper connection will affect the function of the instrument and may seriously damage the system.
